I am a Human Givens psychotherapist in the final stage of my training, HG.Dip.P (Trainee), offering brief, solution-focused therapy for adults and young people with anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, grief, overwhelm, anger or relationship issues.
My aim with all clients is to understand the specific challenges they are facing and equip them to get their emotional needs met as healthily as possible. When this happens, confidence grows and more possibilities and life choices open up, changing the future, short and long term.
